This is the municipal stray control service. They offer companion animals for adoption.

Adoption
If you would like to adopt a pet from CEMCA, this is the procedure:
Present official ID with a CURP and proof of address
Complete an application.
Submit photographic evidence of having a fenced garden by email
Applications are reviewed within 24 hours
If your application is accepted, this is the procedure:
Arrive during the time advised to collect your new pet with a leash and collar
Sign an adoption contract
Agree to have your pet spayed or neutered and have it checked by a veterinarian
You will be given a voucher for your pet to be checked by a veterinarian at the Municipal
Veterinary Module. (find details in our veterinarian listings)
Lost Pet
Report it to CEMCA within 48 hours.
Provide proof of ownership and ID.
Complete the required paperwork.
